NICHOLAS MESZAROS

The Goal of this studio was to create a new boat house complex at Dexter lake for the University of Oregon’s rowing team located at Dexter Lake near Lowell Oregon. The program of the design included storage for the boats, facilitates for the team as well as a community room with facilities for the local community. Influenced by the design
criteria, my goals is to create a mental and physical shift in focus from regular life to row life with structure, hierarchy, and orientation that facilitate and encourage dynamic change within the individual.
