Our client requested a small one-person additional dwelling unit to occupy a triangular area connected to the existing house. The program would include a studio like kitchen/dining area and a large bathroom which could facilitate a walk-in shower.

 

We created a floor plan that maximizes the potential of the triangular shape of the site, while balancing the proportions of the program requirements with the most efficiency possible and not compromising comfort.
